GIVE THE MOVEMENT A TARGET

Teaching guides

First pause at address and mark the golfer's body anchors. A preset places a starting guide for this golfer.

Green: enter or stay inside. Red: avoid the wall. Choose the body point the camera should measure, then drag, rotate or resize the region.

For hips toward the target, keep a head or shoulder companion. That helps reveal leaning used to reach the hip target.

Lines, arrows, ovals and angles explain your lesson. Select a line and choose Line → hand lane to make a measurable zone.
